Return Policy 

Customer service can be reach at info@dressedtokillclothing.com.  Please allow 24hrs for a response.
All returns must be received by Dressed to kill within 14 days for refund from time of receipt.
Any items received between 15-30 days will receive a credit to be used on DressedtoKillClothing.com
Items must be returned in their original state- Free of odors, stains, unwashed, unworn with original tags attached.  Any item returned in an unacceptable condition will not be accepted and be returned to the customer and any shipping fees incurred during this refusal will be charged to the original purchasing credit card on file.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
Any return requesting a refund over $300 will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
We do not refund shipping cost unless Dressed to Kill Clothing has made a mistake to your order (ex. Wrong size, wrong color, and wrong item etc.).
Any item listed as on sale or on promotion are final sale, no returns unless the item you receive is damaged.
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item.
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued before any items will be accepted for return.  You will receive this number after contacting Dressed to Kill Clothing
All refunds will be refunded to the original payment method.  Refunds/store credits typically take 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return.

If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, you will be offered a replacement, refund, or credit. Please contact our customer service department immediately. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Delivery & Shipping

The physical street address of the recipient’s home or workplace is required for delivery. A post office box number is unacceptable. The recipient’s telephone number is required for possible address verification. Note that most of our products can be ‘bundled’ for shipping. Please be sure to upgrade your shipping methods if you have any delivery time constraints. If you need assistance, please email our customer service department.

There is an additional shipping charge for packages of $12.00 being shipped internationally.

Placing an order with Dressed to Kill Clothing Shopping Cart
